Ok I admit maybe I deserved it.

I forgot to buy cat food yesterday.  I was more interested in sewing then leaving the house to get cat food. It’s not like she didn’t have food. She had half a bowl. I even added some dog food to it. Well that might be the part that got her upset.

I finally get in a good spot in the bed. Pillows arranged ever just so. I never heard her come in, never heard her  jump on the night table. That freaks me a bit. Like she was some cat-ninja.

I don’t really know what made me open my eyes. I screamed. I never expected her to be right up in my face like that.

She never meowed, didn’t move. Just looked me in the eye and said, ” You have got to be freakin’ kidding me.”

She snapped her head around, turned and left. I know your thinking she’s an old cat she would never use the word “freakin’.” But she did.

I didn’t sleep well last night. I little on edge. I’m barely awake, still in pajamas .

I’m on my way to the store right now.
